Privacy policy
This policy describes the intended handling of inquiries to EUDAMED Compliance.
Who is responsible for your information?
The operator is San Diego Ventures. Use our contact form for access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and consent-withdrawal requests.
What information do we collect?
We collect the business and contact information you submit, including company, country, email, role, registration situation, sharing consent, and optional monitoring interest. The form includes its source and page and, on a prospect page, the prospect slug. The referrer field is currently empty. Please do not submit patient data or confidential technical files through our forms. Hosting and form providers may process technical request information needed to operate their services.
Why do we use it, and on what basis?
We use legitimate interests to respond to an inquiry and organize a relevant follow-up. We use your separate, optional consent for monitoring-waitlist updates. You can withdraw that consent without affecting the handling of your inquiry. The intake, check, and review forms require a separate, unchecked sharing-consent checkbox at submission. We rely on this consent to share your details with one matched independent specialist so they can respond to your inquiry. This does not authorize disclosure to multiple specialists or unrelated marketing. You can withdraw sharing consent at any time through our contact page; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of sharing before withdrawal. Contact messages are used to respond to your inquiry and are not shared for specialist matching. This policy does not authorize unrelated marketing.
How does lead scoring work?
The separate lead backend uses the situation, timeline, role, portfolio size, and registration answers to prioritize follow-up and possible routing. There is no profiling beyond this lead scoring for routing, and no solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is intended. A person reviews introductions. Consultants are not routed as manufacturer leads.
Which processors are used?
- Formspree — United States; form processing and notification delivery.
- Supabase — lead database
- Vercel — United States; hosting and cookieless Web Analytics.
Where personal data is transferred internationally, the operator must confirm appropriate protections under applicable law. Independent providers receiving an agreed introduction handle information under their own policies and engagement terms.
How long do we retain lead records?
Lead records are retained for 24 months, then deleted unless a partner engagement is live. A live engagement must have a documented, necessary retention basis. Sharing and monitoring consent evidence must be retained with the inquiry, and withdrawal requests are honored.
Are cookies or advertising trackers used?
This site does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or a cookie banner. Vercel Web Analytics is used without cookies when enabled. Forms submit directly to Formspree. No payment or client-portal account is created here.
What rights can you exercise?
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw sharing or monitoring consent at any time and complain to the relevant supervisory authority. Use the contact form for privacy and data-rights requests. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. See the European Commission’s information on data-protection rights.
